Mohamed Abdelhamed

Mohamed Abdelhamid is an experienced attorney with over 17 years of practice across the GCC and internationally, specializing in corporate law, construction, banking, and dispute resolution. As the Internal General Legal Counsel for Al Kharafi Group, he provides bilingual legal advice on construction, finance, and arbitration matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Previously, Mohamed was a Corporate Commercial Lawyer at Al Tamimi & Co., where he advised on M&A transactions, banking agreements, and litigation cases. He also held roles with Al Naqeeb & Partners and Acico Group, gaining extensive expertise in oil and gas, corporate structuring, and arbitration.
