We are seeking an Associate Lawyer with a minimum of 4–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) who is ready to engage with complex legal challenges in the rapidly evolving landscape of data and technology law. This role is ideal for a legal professional who is passionate about technology, eager to work on cutting-edge issues, and motivated to provide exceptional service to our diverse clientele.

About the Role:

As an Associate Lawyer in our Data & Technology practice, you will have the opportunity to:

• Advise clients on a wide range of legal issues related to data protection, privacy policies, digital transformation, data breaches and emerging technologies.
• Prepare regulatory and data subject notifications in relation to data breaches.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive legal strategies tailored to our clients’ unique needs.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and regulatory developments in technology law to provide informed counsel.
• Engage in client interactions and contribute to business development initiatives, enhancing our firm’s visibility in the market.

Who We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 4 years of PQE in data protection, technology law, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English to effectively serve our diverse client base.
• A proactive approach to legal practice, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional client service.
