Foreign Direct Investment: Regulations in the MENA Region Webinar
With the explosion of foreign investment in the GCC, GLA & Company is proud to present a webinar on Tuesday 26th November, 12PM GMT +3 (Kuwait Time), to address three key jurisdictions for doing business—KSA, Kuwait, and Qatar—without the need for a local partner. In Saudi Arabia, the Ministry of Foreign Investment’s MISA License program has seen significant successes over the last year, which is expected to increase. Kuwait has opened opportunities for foreign investors to establish legal entities in the State of Kuwait without the need for a local partner, thus creating an exception to the long-standing rule that restricts doing business in Kuwait without a local partner.
