Over the past three years, we have emerged as a trusted legal partner across the Middle East, driven by our unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction.

From humble beginnings, GLA & Co has expanded its regional presence to six jurisdictions, operating eight offices and supported by a robust team of over 120 lawyers, including 50 GLA lawyers and 70 association lawyers. With a growing team of eight partners, we have established ourselves as a leader in the region, providing seamless and comprehensive legal services in Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, and Qatar.

This rapid expansion has been matched by consistent recognition from some of the most prestigious global legal ranking entities. Our achievements include accolades from IFLR for financial and corporate law in Kuwait, projects and development expertise, and M&A in Saudi Arabia. Legal 500 has commended our corporate and M&A practice in Kuwait, while Chambers & Partners has recognized our capabilities in corporate and finance law in Kuwait.  These accolades underscore the trust and respect we have earned from our clients.

In addition to geographical and professional growth, GLA & Co has fostered meaningful partnerships that strengthen our regional footprint. In 2023, we joined forces with Habib Al Mulla & Partners in Dubai. This was followed by our association with Al Doseri Law in Bahrain in 2024 and GLC – Gulf Legal Consultants in Qatar in 2025, enabling us to offer tailored legal solutions across the Gulf.

Our commitment to thought leadership and legal innovation is evident in our contributions to several key practice guides.
