Rana brings over 16 years of experience advising on corporate matters and major local and cross-border M&A transactions across various industries. Her expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, private placements, private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, business and asset transfers, negotiating complex settlements, and general corporate matters.

Rana’s in-depth knowledge of corporate law, combined with her extensive experience and skill in drafting and negotiating intricate and multiparty agreements, enables her to provide exceptional guidance to clients. She has been consistently recognized by clients and has been named a Rising Star by IFLR1000 every year since 2021, affirming her reputation as an outstanding practitioner in the field.

Rana holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University, where she graduated with honors, and received her LL.B. from Cairo University. She is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and is fluent in both English and Arabic.
