We’re hiring! Kuwait based Secretary/Admin

Job Description

We are looking for a Secretary/Admin who can work from our office in Kuwait.

This role will play a vital role in supporting lawyers and other legal professionals in their day-to-day activities.  The responsibilities encompass administrative tasks, document management, client communications, legal research, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office/department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to lawyers.
  • Manage lawyers’ calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Assist lawyers in utilizing technology on the documents management system and case management system.
  • Prepare the invoices for the billing process and track the clients’ payments and financial queries.
  • Draft and format legal documents and correspondence.
  • Maintain procedures and administrative systems.
Qualifications
  • additional education or certification in legal studies or secretarial work is a plus.
  • Proven experience as legal secretary in a law firm or legal department or similar role in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and proofreading.
  • Proactive and good problem solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and legal software a plus Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, power point, and outlook).
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is an advantage.
  • Professional demeanor, with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
